Al Abramson Al was the only sales rep that came outside when I got out of my car. He was friendly and approachable. I must say I felt listened to and valued as a customer. He showed me cars in my price range and let me test drive the car. He even bought me an Ice Tea! then we went back to the dealership and sat down to haggle which was pain free. I left that day in a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. More
