SS71 Ms Sullivan, we at Jack Madden Ford have been in business for over 50 years and have sold tousands of new and used vehicles. Every once in a while we sell a vehicle that isn't what it appears to be and we have always been able to satisfy the customer. We have offered you three options; 1) Keep the vehicle you purchased and we will maintain the vehicle under the warranty 2) We would replace the 2007 Explorer with a like vcehicle at no cost to you 3) We would refund your money, give you back your trade, in other words make you whole.
