Fastest Car Buying Experience My husband found a used truck online that he was interested in and called about it. When we got to the dealership Mr Spivey had the van waiting for us My husband found a used truck online that he was interested in and called about it. When we got to the dealership Mr Spivey had the van waiting for us to test drive. Upon test driving it we noticed that the whole van shook very badly when reaching 55mph and applying the brakes. Mr Spivey said he would have that taken care of for us if we chose to buy, which we did. The whole process took less than 2 hours and we were on our way. The following week it rained and after driving for a little while the fuse box started making a horrible crackling and hissing noise so my husband took the van back to the dealer. It was determined the fuse box had no cover and in turn got wet and shorted everything out so we were given a loaner vehicle for the weekend while the van was being fixed. SO far they have been great about fixing the things that was wrong with the vehicle! More
