With two toddlers and all life’s surprises, we needed to be thoughtful in our decision and know we were getting a great price. Jose was patient and supportive while we took time to weigh options, and helped ensure we were comfortable the whole time. I was also very thankful for Tom, his appreciation for his customers and his flexibility in doing what is best for the people who trust him with their business. My dad has purchased from Jack Phelan for many years and I now know why he continues to return regularly. I purchased my first two cars at Phelan, but my last car at another dealer with not ideal customer service. I vowed return to Phelan and will never make the mistake of going elsewhere again. Our two toddlers were also with us in the showroom and the staff was incredibly patient with them...and their little hand prints finding all the spots on the display cars.
