But I still gave 4 stars for my experience after I returned the next day to purchase my car, the whole process was quicker than I thought it would be and staff was accommodating to my requests. Overall, I would recommend the staff to have more transparency and better communication to avoid unnecessary steps and improve customer convenience. More
