Dodge Ram 2500 Ruben answered my phone call and we arranged to come to the dealership. I told him I wanted to see a truck on line and asked if he could please make s Ruben answered my phone call and we arranged to come to the dealership. I told him I wanted to see a truck on line and asked if he could please make sure it was still there he told me it was and that he would have it pulled up for me. When I got there I saw the truck as we drove on the lot in spite of a cold day with temps in the teens to single digits the truck was right up front. He showed me the truck and had the plates ready for a test ride. A few questions and seeing it was the truck I wanted Ruben helped me to get the best deal I could and even got me a rate much lower than I expected. Payments were what I could handle and the deal was made. Excellent dealership excellent salesman I got the truck of my dreams all in one day with out any drama or a bunch of high pressure. It was cold outside so I was embracing to deal with the cold weather but to my surprise Ruben actually had the service team drive the cars into their heated service garage so my 3 year old daughter wouldn't have to be in the cold.
