ZERO STARS after my purchase, I reached out to him with 2 concerns. After two weeks and no reply, I had to call him to follow up. He came back to me and said he spoke with his manager and there wa him with 2 concerns. After two weeks and no reply, I had to call him to follow up. He came back to me and said he spoke with his manager and there was nothing they could do. I then reached out to Tom Phelan directly, again, two weeks passed and no response. There is a total lack of transparency, and they give you misleading information. You are extremely pressured to complete the dealer survey BEFORE your transaction is completed and now I know why. It was a terrible experience. Among a few other things, he refused to honor a promotional mailer the dealership sent me for an additional $250 off. They snuck in an "etching fee" of almost $500 after we negotiated the price. Svet said there was nothing he could do about either of those items. Stay away from these people . You'd be better served to go someplace else that will deal with you honestly and fairly. More

Did a test drive with Jacob and spent some time going over several different models. Jacob couldn't have been cooler or more knowledgeable.
