Tom Phelan is the worst person you can deal with , cheats me out of $400 and my vehicle after 2 months is still not registered in my name, He wont return calls , but that matches his staff His other manager me out of $400 and my vehicle after 2 months is still not registered in my name, He wont return calls , but that matches his staff His other managers wont call back either .
