This visit was not the greatest. Brought my truck in earlier in the month and had them diag the problems with my truck and thought they found the problem but they didn't. Brought it in this time and they told me my transmission was bad. The transmission that I had put in a few months back had a warranty but Jack Scmhitt didn't want to do the job. So they were going to charge me an additional $3,000 on top of what the warranty company was going to cover. I paid $6,000 to have it installed the first time. So I had to take it back two hours to where I had the transmission put in and they took great care of me and I paid no money out of pocket. I will not be returning back to the dealer. I will stick with the smaller shops like Christian Brothers. More

Took my a Chevy Cruze to this dealership for a timing belt and now have a timing cover leak and they want nothing to do with it and won’t do a thing to look at it or anything.
