Ryan, we are sorry to hear that your recent service experience wasn't deemed exceptional. For your particular issue with the bumper, we were excited to be able to get it covered by warranty even though the issue was the result of an abrasion due to what looks like a curb impact/scrape. We apologize that the process took some time. Your appointment was only for the intake of the vehicle. At that time we reached out for warranty acceptance, then we ordered you a brand new bumper, sent it to the body shop for new paint and reassembled it to your vehicle. This all takes time, which we stated in advance. We do appreciate your patience with it. We hope that the new bumper at no cost to you was worth it! Unfortunately, we were unable to give your vehicle a wash after service. It couldn't be done until service was complete and for several days temperatures were beyond the acceptable range for the operation of the car wash. We are more than happy to do that for you anytime you are in the area. You are part of the Jackie Cooper family and complimentary vehicle washes are always available to you. If you have any further questions concerning the new bumper or our service of your vehicle, we encourage you to call our service manager Mike Bowers. 918-249-9393.
