This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. They went WAY above what was required to put me into my chosen car. If you are looking to purchase a new or used automobile pleas More

I think the first experience was trusting my salesman. When he introduced the 0% APR on a brand new Infiniti after perusing the used ones. With 0% APR, I was convinced I would go that route. When I asked what the monthly payment would be for the cost of the car, he said he would have to go and ask his manager for that info. He came back with a $1,015/mo which I trusted must be the mo pymt. I mean I’m buying a new car for a specific price at 0% APR. OF COURSE they did the correct math. After being escorted to the warranty guy, with an extra warranty suggestion, my $56k car became a $68k car. Red flag. I started doing the math on my phone and found that the $56k car payment at 0% APR including fee for paperwork was actually $961. I inquired why would they come up with a payment $54 more, the warranty guy said I had agreed to that monthly price. In addition, the 3 warranties that were presented were less than $6k but somehow they handed me papers to sign that totaled $68k ($68k-$56k=12k). When they realized I was going to walk, they brought the manager in to tell me that his computer isn’t able to calculate at 0%. All this after they had handed me papers to sign and I started discovering all this and didn’t sign. Of course, I now don’t trust anyone and I did not purchase any warranties. Super disappointed with my experience. On top of everything after stressing to both salesman & warranty dept to NOT send anything to my physical address. I don’t use my physical address at all. I get my mail stolen. I only want to use my mailing PO Box address. We have to have your physical address but assure you your title docs will be sent to your PO Box. They were sent to my physical mail box. I do not see your ethic there. Would have liked to have purchased warranties but parameters changed and information was not made clear and everything handwritten on paper showing me was taken away. On top of everything that happened I was told that it was expense out of their pocket to deliver my new car to Guthrie from Tulsa and that I saved several hundred dollars because they were covering those costs. Why? At first, you acted like it was something you do then it became an expense I was saving and you were doing me a favor. I don’t need your favors. Really. It undermines Infiniti’s reputation and makes me think twice about ever buying another. Whereas, the biggest proponent for the purchase was the service team in Oklahoma City that have consistently had loaners available, team has walked me through what necessary repairs need to be made and what repairs I don’t need saving me headache and lots of unnecessary costs to my other Infiniti and I have been really happy with them (Reggie) except they wouldn’t help me put the baby’s car seat back in (that’s my only complaint). The Oklahoma City sales staff is a whole other experience that forced me Tulsa’s way because I was not getting any calls back at the Okc location and, when I physically went in and sat with a salesman and they didn’t have any used vehicles but 4 at the time. He mentioned nothing about the 0% APR on new. And weeks went by with never a call back or follow up. Nothing. When I contacted the sales manager he acted friendly like he was going to help me, handed me off to another sales employee who sent me an email of one singular used car but fine print was so tiny I could not even read details. When I replied to email about more information on the one singular car that was emailed, I never received an email response back or call. The one good thing that Tulsa had was that their listings on their used vehicles were well thought out, easy to read and peruse through via cell. Next time I’ll check out Cadillac. Or Lincoln.

Libby, thank you for sharing your experience with Jon Green and the Jackie Cooper INFINITI team. We are glad to hear you had an exceptional one in Sales. We apologize that our Finance process was less than exceptional for you, however. We thank you for your patience in that process. All of our Finance Managers are following manufacturer and dealer expectations of presenting all warranty and insurance options to every customer. We understand that the products may not be desired by all our customers but most do appreciate the opportunity to learn about them and to be able to add them on if needed. We hope you understand that your finance manager was proceeding as expected. We thank you for allowing us to meet your vehicle needs and look forward to assisting you again in the future!

Roger Henley was quick to offer some detail finish work but it wasn’t available to get done. The detail work done was a very poor job on a 2024 Infiniti. We drove in from 7 hours to purchase. More

Thank you for sharing your story! In depth detail services are not always available right away, depending on the timing of your visit or how long you have to wait on. We apologize that we were not able to get one done before you headed back home, 7 hours away. However, all purchased vehicles do receive a complimentary on-site detail at the time of delivery and your 'new' pre-owned vehicle looked amazing before it left. We were glad to have been able to meet your vehicle needs and we look forward to assisting you again in the future!
