There was one stone chip that she had promptly taken care of and confirmed with close up pics. The trade value assigned to my car by your staff was fair as well, I have been shopping for a while and most dealerships were lowballing my trade value. I made it home without issue and was pleased to find the new tires that you installed were perfectly balanced with no vibration. These things are very important when you have a customer driving 800 miles to pick up a car. More
