It would not be an exaggeration to say that it was a great experience. This was the first time I bought a used Mercedes-Benz without physically inspecting it before buying it. When I'm on the market, I always set my search radius to 'national', giving me more options to choose from. After failing my third attempt, I finally saw this 2015 ML350 in a beautiful Dakota Brown color, offered by Jackie Cooper Imports. I contacted Jackie Cooper Imports and did a search and asked to work with Joel Lobo. He is really someone. He goes beyond your expectations. Humble yet honest. Since it was a purchase with sight unseen, we asked to video record every aspect of the vehicle, from the inside to the outside, from the engine bay to the undercarriage of the vehicle. I really wanted to buy a nice car without any surprises, such as oil leaks. During the first three days, Joel delivered everything I asked to share. Every video of the car was telling me that this car was in really perfect condition. Talking to my mechanic at this point, there wasn't much reason to take it to another dealer for PPI. Then there are the documents. Most of my paperwork and signature documents were done via email and it was very simple. I was able to get a loan at a low interest rate. And we flew in from Chicago the following week. Joel came to pick us up in his beautiful Mercedes-Benz E350. There we were given a tour of the beautiful MB and Porsche dealerships owned by JCI, and everything else outstanding with the help of Kendall Taylor and Annet Cochran was completed. There were no shenanigans involving dealer fees or unnecessary fees usually associated with dealers. Just a processing fee on top of a car price. That was it! As we were leaving the parking lot we discovered that one of the seat module controllers on the driver's door was not working as if it was broken. We went back to the dealership, Joel and the dealership offered to have the parts repaired via next day parts delivery (from New York) and they informed us that the car should be ready by the noon next day. With apologies they provided us a loaner vehicle and free lunch for an unexpected stay in Tulsa. The next day, everything worked out as promised and we left for Chicago. It's really more than just service. What a truly pleasant experience. Thanks to Joel for being a great person to work with and thanks for the positive experience!! More
