Bailey was amazing! We first dealt with Jackie Cooper in 2018. We had an older Mercedes’ and our power window stopped working. I was driving back to Kansas and called Jackie Cooper. They said bring it by and we will take a look at it. They fixed me up and got me back on the road to Kansas. Since then I have been in love with Mercedes and specifically Jackie Cooper service. We have looked at their vehicles for a couple years now and always noticed how every single person working there was classy, respectful, friendly and treated us well. We finally purchased our first GLA with Bailey and worked with several people through the finance department…and they were all AMAZING! If fact, we had to redo a paper but they sent a courier out to us in Owasso and even gave us a Mercedes code travel mug for Our trouble.
