Wow, what a pleasant customer experience I had with Jackie Cooper imports. In a world of often disappointing purchase experiences, this one stands out head and shoulders above the rest. This dealership functions as a well oiled machine with clearly defined roles amongst the staff, and they all performed their duties with skill and professionalism. They are clearly knowledgeable and well trained and this results in a premium interaction with the customer. Not only did I purchase a Mercedes Benz, I FELT like I just bought a Mercedes Benz. A special thanks to Blayne my sales consultant. I can’t find enough good things to say about his efforts to get me in my new car. As a longtime owner of a Harley Davidson dealership, I have dealt with and employed many sales people through the years. It’s pretty simple. There are two kinds of sales staff. Those that honestly crave doing a deal for the rush it provides, and everybody else. It has nothing to do with money or commissions, although that’s nice, it has to do with that hunger to get a deal done. Unfortunately far too few sales staff posess this hunger. Blayne does. From my first contact with the dealership as an out of state buyer, Blayne took charge and guided the process that ended with me driving eleven hours to do business with Jackie Cooper Imports. He stayed after work for an hour and a half making a detailed video of the car for me so neither of us would be surprised in the event we did business together. And again, this for an out of state buyer that could have just been kicking tires. That’s aggressiveness and hunger to get the deal done. You can’t teach that kind of desire So again thanks to everyone at the dealership for making me comfortable and at home. Mario with getting me acquainted with the cars many features, Kendall for his diligence in getting the money part done, and Chuck for the good humor. Once again worst experience ever!! They take 4-8 hours to put tires on they advised me I could come pick up my tires and have them put on somewhere else as long as they follow the rules of the warranty! When I arrived they tried to charge me 3500 for 2 rims and tires which are under warranty but they said they needed a ticket then the man in the suit from the back came up and was snotty and said I can’t do that they have too and it takes that long to call the company and make sure they would cover it mind you when I first called they said they had to make sure I had a warranty to order them or I would have to pay upfront so they had already verified and charged my warranty for them! But this service is so horrible here and it’s the only one in town I traded my car in for a bmw just so I do not ever have to go back to this place but it’s nice they owe me some Money for my warranties they didn’t let me use More
