We asked several times about extra key. He said he was checking but “his checking” was completed after we signed paperwork. Sales manager said it was on worksheet but we missed it. Felt Mushtaq needed bet checking but “his checking” was completed after we signed paperwork. Sales manager said it was on worksheet but we missed it. Felt Mushtaq needed better time management. Had to remind him to make copy of something I wanted. He told me the sale of the vehicle I purchased was better for him because he had a client booked to see the car I did not choose; indicator that Mushtaq is focused on his needs, not mine. Mushtaq sent me a congrats email with the pic of the car THat I DID Not BUY. Indicator; he’s not with you, your needs, your wants. He’s focused on moving on to the next sale. Will not go to jackie Cooper again. 5-6 cars with them on 27 years. This is the last. I told sales manager we were walking away dissatisfied ; he said he would not budge paying for a second key. Really surprising they would sacrifice our 27 years of business over $500-$750 for extra key. Our 23 year old daughter had been promised a Mercedes upon college graduation. Going to another dealership for that. Yes, we’re bitter. More
