Beautiful Dealership Makeover Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Dealership makeover was gorgeous. I’ve bought so many cars here, most the old timers know me by name. My sales person Mikey was very personable and fun..until the deal was signed. It seemed like he switched off, forgot what he’d told me and started contradicting himself. Although he did apparently help get my license plate expedited per my urging, he was not interested in any follow up on my experience. Thankfully everyone else at the dealership was. Steve Lujan and Andy Truman are consummate professionals. The younger gentleman concierge who helped me with the Mercedes app/connection with the car was patient and extremely gracious. Josh in finance was also fun to deal with. Its a very nice dealership, keep your guard up (as you would at any dealership), you’ll do just fine here. Being one of the only luxury brand dealerships in town has it’s benefits . Even if they’ve made mistakes, they DO appear to want to make it right when called on it. (Prior experience of mine) if I didn’t have to drive to OKC for another Porsche/Mercedes/Infiniti dealership, I might not have bought as many cars here, but there are a select few employees I don’t mind dealing with at JackieCooper Tulsa.
