Always a great experience! I’ve used Jackie Cooper and their service department for a very long time. They always find a way to wow me! Cliff worked me into a very packed sch I’ve used Jackie Cooper and their service department for a very long time. They always find a way to wow me! Cliff worked me into a very packed schedule because I felt my tires weren’t safe for driving. On Friday when my car was ready he called me and said that there was a storm coming in and didn’t want me to get stuck in my beautiful and clean 911 during a hail storm. He told me that if I could get there early he would have a driver drive my second car home for me (since he knew I was as in another car). That is service!!! He thought about the well being of my car before I did! More

Painless Mike was waiting for me when I arrived. He had a few cars already picked out. He didn't know my status or financial situation and treated me genuinely Mike was waiting for me when I arrived. Could of been better My wife drives the car we had serviced, we live close to dealer, and wife did not have a busy day so to be helpful to dealer we did not use a loner ca My wife drives the car we had serviced, we live close to dealer, and wife did not have a busy day so to be helpful to dealer we did not use a loner car. Dropped the car off little after 8AM for service A. As of 4:45PM had not got a call saying car was ready, so I called and left a voice mail. Five minutes later service man calls says it is ready. Feeling dealer did not mind taking their time on the service and did not respect our kindness or our time. More
