I greatly appreciated his genuine approach, and I feel as though I've made a friend. The kudos don't stop there, though. He was so helpful from the get-go when my wife inquired about the vehicle and went above and beyond for us even though this vehicle was an ol would. Their initial offer was perfectly fair and reasonable, and the experience was haggle-free completely.
