However, David Young, your Product Specialist, provided an excellent concierge service to familiarize us with the car, and took the initiative to wash and detail the car, (including the motor) before we left. This is excellent customer service! The car was missing the luggage compartment cover, and we were told that this often does not come in a pre-owned car. Wow! hard to believe that you spend $58k on a Porsche and it does not come with all of the equipment! Also, we came in with our own financing and a considerable amount of our time was wasted by Kendal trying to convince us that JCI could provide better financing without disclosing to us what the interest rate would be. This seemed to be a highly suspicious sales tactic and a complete waste of time. One last thing, a high-end dealership such as JCI should offer your customers a drink before any business is discussed. Perrier is recommended! More
