I bought Escalade from them Brandy was my sales Wrap Alex was finance manager first thing which I don’t like they said if I bring my own banking, they will not gonna accept it so I have to go through their b was finance manager first thing which I don’t like they said if I bring my own banking, they will not gonna accept it so I have to go through their bank, which was Bank of America second my car was delivered and it was not detailed and I found syringe needle inside passenger side. Nobody paid attention even Brandy there was not temp tags as well. This is so unprofessional. I called Finance manager. He greeted very nicely and he agrees to pay reimbursement of cleaning fee, which was $400 for detail they overnight the temp tags. It’s been three weeks. I’m still waiting on my Tag because it’s out of state. Deal so I’m responsible for my own Tag And Title which I never received yet I’m approach them multiple times regarding the reimbursement of Detailing and my title never heard anything back from them which is very very unprofessional. More
