Just flat lied to me. Purchased a car, payed full ask price, and purchased service contract. Car was delivered to me and driver destroyed the two front wheels. Was assured I would be refunded the $600 it cost to turn and polish the wheels. Now I am told management has changed and they won't honor their word. Also, was assured that they only use the best shippers. Vladimir the Russian delivered it, put a dent in the door, and ruined two wheels. The only English he could speak was "sign here". Never have written a bad review before, but being lied to over $600 when I pay full price and purchase service contract....THEY DID ME WRONG! More
