Regarding response time, please include a box with a tumbler, blanket, and bag. When someone purchases a luxury vehicle with all the warranty packages, Mercedes should at least provide a gift such as a tumbler, blanket, and bag. I recently bought a new car and when I received the paper work for tag and title and took it to the tag agency...they sent off for my title and when I received the title it had the wrong model number and VIN work for tag and title and took it to the tag agency...they sent off for my title and when I received the title it had the wrong model number and VIN number. Still waiting for my new title and I had to pay an additional $13.75 because they had to redo the title. The dealership should be responsible for that cost. More

Jesus was honest and personable. As we were new to the brand he gave us information about the safety features and why the brand is so highly recommended. We asked about comparisons to other lux brands and convinced us to go with Mercedes. Jesus went to bat to get the best deal possible which is very much appreciated! Everyone we met was at a minimum cordial but usually it was like greeting old friends. The young lady who assisted with the financing is Top Notch! Open, honest, didn't sugar coat but was direct when explaining the terms, rates and expectations. She welcomed questions and wasn't trying to hurry us along. I never considered looking at the Jackie Cooper dealership because I didn't belive there would be anything in a price range I could afford with relatively low milage. I am pleasantly surprised and would recommended the dealership to others. Keep up the great work folks. More
