I had a great experience in the beginning, I was looking for a used SUV and had purchased from this place previously and had an excellent experience. Long story short sold me a used car and the headlight went out first day so I messaged and asked if I could get it fixed to which they agreed. A month later still haven’t heard anything after calling and texting repeatedly. They were also short paying off the lien on the trade in so in order to get the paper work done quicker I had to cover the rest of the cost. Mind you it was only 100$ that it was short but it’s just the principle. I had not one but two headlights out within the first two weeks, just very frustrating. Alexis was very nice and accommodating to all of the vehicles I wanted to look at (I had about 6) just the follow up was disappointing. My first car trade in and probably my last. More

His name is Tyrone Talbert Jr. As I walked into his dealership, he first welcomed me like I was his brother friend family , not out there to for me. His name is Tyrone Talbert Jr. As I walked into his dealership, he first welcomed me like I was his brother friend family , not out there to sell a vehicle or anything like that as we started talking about the car that I was interested he immediately pushed on the accelerator and said sure let’s talk about all the features that has what is it that he likes about the car? What is it that he thinks should’ve been upgraded? This guy really made the transaction so smooth that it made me feel like buying more cars from him. You could tell by the way he sold me this vehicle that he was in it to help me get what I want. He honestly took all the time that he could to help me out then he went out of his way to show me other cars that I wasn’t interested that were more high priced. Just because my son wanted to look inside, but still he did not hesitate not to open the car or let me look in it. No I’m not one of those types where if there’s a Ferrari there I’m just gonna do a free test drive if I’m gonna test drive something I plan on buying it, but this guy said feel free to look. Ask me questions. What I was really impressed with Tyrone he called me when he said he would call me. He texted me emailed me about I got from him 2026 Macon he never pushed me in to into anything. I told him I needed some time to think about it. He gave me that time. I really think this guy is gonna become big one day. He’s gonna be the top salesman of the year. Wait of the millennium just because the experience that I experienced with him I truly feel that. If you guys wanna really try the experience that I’ve experienced by a car from him he is a friend not a sales person. He takes care of you after the sale. So therefore Porsche of Tulsa, Jackie Cooper, you guys need to hire more people like him actually keep him because he is the reason why your doors are open and will stay open and if you wanna keep them open, you guys need to do something better with him. You may have a top salesman at your dealership, but at the end, it all narrows it down to the experience that he gave his customers and those customers come back. I’ve already made a commitment with Tyrone. I’m getting one and six years and he knows the one I’m getting for my son. I’ve bought so many cars from so many different dealerships before and once again I’ve never met a person like this. keep up the good work, sir and I’m pretty confident skies the limit. once again, I thank you for the purchase of my new 2026 Porsche McCon. hopefully I’ll see you in six years. that is if you haven’t already owned Porsche. :-) More
