Overall a pretty average experience. Found a vehicle, was connected to a salesman. He was pretty responsive. Agreed on a price. Explained my situation with selling my vehicle privately, Found a vehicle, was connected to a salesman. He was pretty responsive. Agreed on a price. Explained my situation with selling my vehicle privately, then purchasing their vehicle same day via wire (I live a few hours away). Was then going to set up shipping to pick vehicle up that same day. The day before purchase, financing was secured and talked about. I was then told they do not offer esigning of documents to first time customers even though payment and pickup was already discussed. This was a Friday, they said they’d have to overnight the documents, we’d have to meet with a notary, then they would overnight them back. This was a holiday weekend, so they wouldn’t get the documents until Tuesday at the latest, which leaves us out of a vehicle for 4-5 days. We had to cancel the vehicle shipper, take off work, and find a babysitter in order to pick up the car on Friday. Drove out there, test drove the car, then sat around for an hour waiting for financing. Purchase price was then wrong twice, good thing I noticed both times. When we finally got to the car, the battery (EV) was at 75%. Not fully charged. Took us 2 extra hours to get home because the fast charger halfway to home was broken. This is why I was going to have it shipped to my house, so I wouldn’t have to deal with stopping to charge halfway home. More
