The GSM, Steve, was also excellent & very quick to get back with us on every question we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Purchase Porsche macan Cameron was great nice helpful. Bert was helpful initially but when I wanted to buy the car would not return my call and after Cameron sold us the car Cameron was great nice helpful. Bert was helpful initially but when I wanted to buy the car would not return my call and after Cameron sold us the car Bert still never returned my calls. Service kept sending me to Bert to program garage door opener and to this day he hasn't returned any of my 5 calls. Cameron came to my house on his day off and programmed. He solved my problem. Great Experience Jackie Cooper had the model year and trim we were looking for on their lot. We live four hours away so Jerrid sent video of the interior and exterior Jackie Cooper had the model year and trim we were looking for on their lot. We live four hours away so Jerrid sent video of the interior and exterior of the car for our inspection. We noticed a stain on the floor mat which he worked on to the point that it was hardly noticeable. We made the deal over the phone and had the car delivered to our home a few days later. The process was easy, the follow up was professional and the service was excellent. I would recommend Jackie Cooper Auto to anyone looking for a pre-owned luxury vehicle, even if you live in Dallas.
