Great experience buying the car. Max was helpful as our salesman and Levi was helpful doing all of the paperwork. They only issued me a 10 day temp tag and I live in Arkansas and our Max was helpful as our salesman and Levi was helpful doing all of the paperwork. They only issued me a 10 day temp tag and I live in Arkansas and our laws are different. We have 60 day temp tags from the dealership. Could not get anyone to call me back and I left 3 messages and emailed them. DMV won’t issue tag until I have title so I have a car I cannot drive until I get needed paperwork. So, great buying experience but terrible follow up once you buy the car. if you charge $700 for paperwork you should know neighboring laws are different for title/tag purposes and accommodate accordingly. You should also call customers back even after you get their money for the car purchase. More
