Really, really bad warranty work! Took 2018 Boxster in to have headlights replaced under warranty. The headlights were replaced but the next day I had an error message on the dash to Took 2018 Boxster in to have headlights replaced under warranty. The headlights were replaced but the next day I had an error message on the dash to check the daytime running lights. Found that neither the left or right running lights were working. Returned vehicle back to the service center and was told by the service rep that the technician had failed to transfer a control module from each of the original headlight units to the new units. I collected the vehicle after the control units were installed but upon inspection of the lights and bumper at home, I found that the gap between the bumper and fender panels was noticeable wider on the passenger side than on the driver’s side. Looking into the issue, I found that the technician had failed to reinstall two metal spring clips that are meant to help hold together and align the bumper and fender panels. Had to return the vehicle a third time to the dealership to have this issue rectified. Very poor QC and workmanship for such a simple job. More

Excellent customer service. Enjoyed the 2019 loaner car! Very surprised Frank offered to help me to transfer my groceries from the loaner car to my car. They always do a great job. Wait was a little long-2 hours. They should ask if you want your car cleaned before they do it. I had just spent $37 the day before and it was spotless.
