DO NOT GO HERE! !! Got my car on 7/31 and the salesgirl Emily was awesome and so was our finance person Dre. But the rest has been xxxx. We got a call a couple of wee !! Got my car on 7/31 and the salesgirl Emily was awesome and so was our finance person Dre. But the rest has been xxxx. We got a call a couple of weeks later saying we needed to go back and sign a new contract because apparently the bank allegedly approved the everything but when we go to sign the contract, they tell us that the bank originally didn’t approve it and we needed to sign a new contract and the dealership was giving us a $500 discount and our due date for our payment would be a whole new date. Shortly after that I login to the bank portal so look at my payment amount and due date and their portal was still showing the original loan, no $400 discount and not a later due date. Since then we have called and went into the dealership to deal with it and everything is still not fixed. They tell us they will call and then when we go into check on it after not hearing anything they act like this is news to them again and they have to be reminded of the whole situation over and over again. I WISH I would have NEVER went in! Then they told us that we would have 3 free oil changes, I go today to get an oil change and guess what?! There’s no free oil changes listed! I am beyond frustrated with this place. More
