I do not like being continually up sold on other products. It's ok to say we have other products that you my be interested in. When I say NO, I'm not interested, drop it and move on. It really shouldn't take 7 hours to do this. More
Look Marcelino is a nice enough guy, I just fell he was not honest with me. He was in too big of a hurry to make the sale. I will continue to tell anyone that will listen, this truck smells like smoke an not honest with me. He was in too big of a hurry to make the sale. I will continue to tell anyone that will listen, this truck smells like smoke and I have a video of him saying it doesn't. When I got in the truck for a test ride, I thought he was a smoker, and that was why I was smelling smoke. I was wrong. When it comes to closing the sale, the closer guy was crazy pushy on selling a warranty. It was so bad that if told me just replacing the touch screen would cost 4k. NOT, $750 After rejecting the warranty, he came back with a price about 50% of the original price he quoted me. Look, we all know the guy in the other room trick. It is dumb. Stop doing it. If I have already agree to buy it, just sell it to me and lets move on. I felt rushed to leave the lot. I traded in my truck and while I was signing paperwork they moved my pike pass and stuff. I ended up leaving my hitch and house keys behind because they were in such a hurry to take a pic of me and the truck. Finally, besides the email asking for a review, I have not heard form them. simple email of phone call asking me if all is well, would have maybe changed my review some. Everyone needs to make money, I get that. A healthy handshake and thank you would go a long way though. More
