The service department is rude. I made an appointment online and when I arrived they refused to help me said they were too busy. When I got there the top would not go all the way down, car was slow to start, oil leaks under the hood, major scratches on the passenger door that they tried to hide by wiping oil over them. For 2 months, our van had been down. On a Tuesday, Casey Jackson inquires about it, and on Wednesday it is FIXED. Thank you! Now, we can continue to provide 400 rides a month to our seniors!!! Thank you is not adequate, because the compassion and the innate way they care about their community is immeasurable. 5 stars is all we can give them, but they are so much more.
