Jeep Grand Cherokee I did quite a bit of research on the grand cherokee and knew that was the vehicle for me. Went in to speak with the sales manager that gave me some nu I did quite a bit of research on the grand cherokee and knew that was the vehicle for me. Went in to speak with the sales manager that gave me some numbers by email and encountered a different sales person. I was under the impression i was meeting with Tony Mariner, instead Devron Taylor was my sales person. Started out very nice, very knowledgable about the vehicle but once i told him i couldn't go any higher on the payments, he seemed to.be somewhat irritated. He tried to show me used vehicles and i specifically said i wanted new. Then he tried to sell me a dodge journey, and i told him point blank i was there to look at the grand cherokees and that is it. Then he asked why i wouldn't put any money down on the vehicle, multiple times. Finally got down to what i wanted and i specifically told him the price he gave me needed to include tax tag title gap and extended warranty. He said yes. Went to sign paperwork and come to find out it didn't include the extended warranty. Ended up getting a discount on the warranty thanks to Troy Smith, but i am still stuck with a payment that is over what i agreed to. During all of this i never once met Tony (i was told he wasnt there yet, and then heard nothing else about him) i have emailed him a few times since i was at the dealer and have recieved no response. I am unhappy with the fact that the person i was supposed to be meeting never showed up. Troy was amazing and very thorough with all of the paperwork and ensured that i understood everything i was signing. All in all, great product, customer service in some areas could use some work. Travis was great I had already owned a JEEP Liberty and wanted to get a new JEEP Renegade. I did all the research and showed up at the dealership to test drive the ne I had already owned a JEEP Liberty and wanted to get a new JEEP Renegade. I did all the research and showed up at the dealership to test drive the new Renegade. Travis convinced me to also test drive a Wrangler Unlimited as well (Black Bear). Needless to say 2 totally different test drives. Ultimately, Travis was right...the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was a much better fit for me. I appreciated all of Travis' patience and advice. Two months later I am still enjoying the heck out of my new car. Thanks! More

Service Department is a Disaster My husband and I purchased two (2) vehicles from Jacksonville between February, 2015 and July, 2015. They are more than happy to sell you a vehicle b My husband and I purchased two (2) vehicles from Jacksonville between February, 2015 and July, 2015. They are more than happy to sell you a vehicle but once the money has exchanged hands they are too busy to do anything else; it is as if you cease to exist. The service department is a disaster. They are too busy and quite frankly they just don't care. Beware, they will make promises but never deliver. Needless to say, there is NO SERVICE AFTER SALE. We would never recommend them to anyone. More

Tony tried adding 10k worth of options to the purchase without making it clear what I was buying. I eventually got refunded for the extended warranty, but the money has yet to show up at the bank three weeks later. It is unbelievable how difficult they make this after the initial sale is done. Terrible customer service and will never buy from them again. More

Service department is unreliable Called to schedule an appointment for my son to get his 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed due to a recall. I called well in advance and told them he was coming in from out of town to get it done. While the recall was being done we asked that they also perform routine maintenance as well. Dropped it off that morning and they said everything would be done by the end of the day. Received a call from the service manager telling me to come in and pick it up.. When we went to pick it up, we were told by the cashier that the recall fix had not been done....no explanation, no call from the service department manager during the day to let us know., nothing......poor service management!! More
