Rating of 4/10 Arrived at 7:20 and saw employees in the Service Department and tried to enter and door was locked. Service Department doesn't open until 7:30 but rather than letting me in and talking the Service Department and tried to enter and door was locked. Service Department doesn't open until 7:30 but rather than letting me in and talking to me like you would a friend or family member that shows up early for a party, I was left outside. Invite me in for coffee, talk sports and then start work at 7:30. Treat customers as friends and family. I have never been to a dealership where a service was scheduled and then completed without a complimentary car wash being done afterwards. 4/10 is in accurate rating of my experience More
