Sadly, some miscommunication on my cars service. I was charged for labor on parts that were part of my service contract. I tried get a refund with a manger but no one contacted me back. I was assured just two weeks before this most recent appointment that the “fix” for my air conditioning was in fact what I needed. It was a costly repair and within 2 weeks the exact same issue remained appointment that the “fix” for my air conditioning was in fact what I needed. They wanted another gratuitous amount of money for yet another “fix” which they were certain was the actual repair needed this time.
