Kia Jacksonville is true to its word and does not push added work on you. I went in for a tire rotation and a recall and that is what they did. They did have recommendations for some work but did not pres added work on you. I went in for a tire rotation and a recall and that is what they did. Check engine light came on July 1 status report came back stating manifold replacement as well as tires and brakes. Brakes weren't a huge issue but needed done soon. I replaced tires and manifold then d back stating manifold replacement as well as tires and brakes. Brakes weren't a huge issue but needed done soon. I replaced tires and manifold then decided 2 weeks later to try this service center again and scheduled $89 oil change which ended up costing $116. Status report ran again saying front tires needed replaced again as well as well 2 other items which passed on the first report 2 WEEKS earlier. I will be addressing brakes but will go elsewhere. I was really hopeful in finding a kia service center I could stay with but apparently not. I feel the machine they use to generate a status report my not be working properly and should ve addressed by service manager More
