I was interested in a car, but it was a little out of my price range. When I left the dealership not buying the car, I thought someone would reach out to me if the price dropped. About a month went by and I price range. When I left the dealership not buying the car, I thought someone would reach out to me if the price dropped. About a month went by and I checked on the car again and low and behold, the price had dropped, but no one from the dealership reached out even though I told them I was interested if the price went down. When I called to inquire about the car, they lied to me about the price, but because I had done my own investigating, I called them on it and requested the lower price. So I had to do all the legwork to buy the car. When I went to go purchase the car, they rushed me through the process. The finance manager never spoke to me, never looked me in the eye, never called me by name, just shoved some papers across the desk for me to sign. No one there was kind or friendly, except the receptionist. It’s like they don’t want your business. If the car had not been at a great price, I would not have bought it from them. I understand it’s a business, but when someone drops thousands of dollars at your dealership, you can at least say thank you and look them in the face and call them by their name. More

When I asked for a copy of the paperwork from the test that was done I was was told no and the man at the desk became rude and disrespectful. After my visit I went to another dealer and was told that my c that was done I was was told no and the man at the desk became rude and disrespectful. After my visit I went to another dealer and was told that my car should have been there for 8 hours before they can conduct the recall check. Your dealership had it done within 1 hour. After I found i learned of this makes me think that the test was not done correctly and that is why I was told no to a copy of the test. Seems to me that this dealership is running a fraud. More
Had to have a repair to my windshield washer pump and they were able to order the part and scheduled a service to replace it. They also took care of a recall while I had it serviced and was quick and eff they were able to order the part and scheduled a service to replace it.
