One of the worst customer service experience I ever had to deal with. Service department/management of the dealership was very unprofessional. Still blows my mind that an employee would ask me to cross the to deal with. Service department/management of the dealership was very unprofessional. The car was delivered in absolutely pristine condition and the staff are constantly available to answer any of our questions on the phone and in person. Jasmine and Charles teamed up to make a sure we were told about all aspects of the vehicle and its elaborate technology; they even stayed after normal closing time to explain and show everything to us. Company seeks to backtrack on promises We purchased a 2019 Sorento in Aug 2018. Stevenson KIA said they would be refunding the money paid out on the GAP insurance purchased on the 2015 Sore We purchased a 2019 Sorento in Aug 2018. Stevenson KIA said they would be refunding the money paid out on the GAP insurance purchased on the 2015 Sorento we traded in. 4 months later and they still give us the runaround. They say everything from the check is in the mail, to lost the paperwork, to it is KIA finances fault to we will get back to you. This in spite of their claim of service before during and after the sale. look out for their finance department. In fact get financed elsewhere. More
