My initial dealings with kia were not as enjoyable as could have been. I was overcharged $957 on the base price (which was reimbursed after I brought it to the manager's attention). The guy checking me in was very polite and they got my car taken care of in a timely manner, the problem is I don't think they truly listened to my problem or drove my vehicle to confirm the issue.
