My initial dealings with kia were not as enjoyable as could have been. I was overcharged $957 on the base price (which was reimbursed after I brought it to the manager's attention). The guy checking me in was very polite and they got my car taken care of in a timely manner, the problem is I don't think they truly listened to my problem or drove my vehicle to confirm the issue. This isn't a good place for diagnostics, I took my car to Silance auto and they drove my vehicle before and after the repair. The tires just needed balanced... Only charged me 40 and actually listened to the problem. Car drives fantastic after Silance auto fixed it when Kia couldn't/wouldn't. I won't be coming back, sorry not sorry More
