Jacksonville Kia - Service Center

On 6/28 I had my car towed into Kia because it would not start at Food Lion. Kia refused to look at it that day and said they had too many tow-ins that would have to wait. When I called the next day 6/29 start at Food Lion. Kia refused to look at it that day and said they had too many tow-ins that would have to wait. When I called the next day 6/29 at 1 p,m no one would answer the phone so I had to leave message. Tried to get someone on the phone multiple times over 2 days with the same result. A friend took me over at 4pm on 6/29 and it had not yet been looked at. Then they to finally jumped it, took it into the garage and said it was the battery so I got a new battery. The lack of communication and failure to give me even the courtesy of a call back regarding the status of my car was extremely unsatisfactory. I purchased my 2020 Kia Optima at this dealership and will likely not return to them again. More

I came in for 2 recalls and was told It would take about an hour so I waited. 2 1/2 hours later my car was done . I then had to take it for some paint defects covered by Kia and I inquired about a loaner ca an hour so I waited. 2 1/2 hours later my car was done .
