Recall Work on 2013 Ram 2500 My 2013 Ram 2500 had several recalls that needed to be completed. As it turned out the very day I set up an appointment to bring my truck in for the My 2013 Ram 2500 had several recalls that needed to be completed. As it turned out the very day I set up an appointment to bring my truck in for the work, the next morning the recalled water pump failed and the serpentine belt shredded. This resulted in me having to get a tow truck to get my truck towed to the dealership. This was three days before my scheduled appointment. Harrison & Mackenzie went to work and were able to get my truck in early and get the repairs completed. Each time I called to follow up on the status of my truck, Harrison and Mackenzie were always professional on the phone and answered my questions completely. To sum it up, I was surprised at the level of service I received from Jacky Jones. When I did go and pick up my truck, I fully expected to have to reach into my wallet. Outstanding Service Stopped in to schedule an oil change for my 2015 Dodge Ram. Mackenzie informed me that I could have it done right away.
