I dropped off my car for repair on the afternoon of 8/18/26. On Friday, 08/21/26 I had not heard anything from the dealership concerning my repair so I called to inquire. I was told they couldn't fin 8/18/26. On Friday, 08/21/26 I had not heard anything from the dealership concerning my repair so I called to inquire. I was told they couldn't find the problem I mentioned (why didn't someone call me that day instead of me having to call?). I drove to the dealership, showed them the issue and they agreed there was a problem with the rear A/C. They submitted my repair to the extended warranty and that took over a week for approval. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle on September 15th - FOUR weeks after I dropped it off. I was thankfull able to borrow a vehicle for work but a loaner was never offered - a whole month to do a simple A/C repair is a little ridiculous. The communication was 0/10 - I would leave numerous messages and it would be 48 hours or more before someone would reach out with an update. More
