One hour recall service with NO appointment I received a recall notice on my 18 Ram 2500. Was in the neighborhood so I dropped by to schedule service. Friendly service writer says “Do you want u I received a recall notice on my 18 Ram 2500. Was in the neighborhood so I dropped by to schedule service. Friendly service writer says “Do you want us to do it now?” Before I recovered from the shock she said “ Now’s a good time. Should only take about an hour.“ True to her word, in 45 min I had my truck back. BIG difference the last time I took it in for an oil change at another dealer and no appointments available for 10 days. These guys respect the customer’s time, and I like that. Thumbs Up! More

When I decided it was time for a Jeep, I drove up to Cleveland, and worked with Lee Call on the purchase. Lee and Mackenzie Cain, in the service department, have both been a pleasure to work with. My experience with both the Lincoln dealership in Gainesville and the Jeep dealership in Cleveland have given me a great deal of trust in the Jacky Jones family of dealerships. More

We Owe I took my NEW Compass to the Service dept. a week ago to have bad headlights replaced under warranty that I requested a month ago. I also have a WE OWE for a trailer hitch & wireing to be installed. I received a call at end of that day telling me that the wireing harness was wrong & the correct one had been ordered. I was also told I would be called on Monday to be updated. Today it has been a week since I have heard from the Service dept. More
Missing equip after service The service tech removed my cover on my battery and did not replace it. By time I discovered it took a while to get the parts.
