My recent visit to Jacobs Mitsubishi was nothing short of a horror story, a twisted saga of mechanical nightmares, mistreatment, and a dealership teetering on the brink of catastrophe. I set my sights on a horror story, a twisted saga of mechanical nightmares, mistreatment, and a dealership teetering on the brink of catastrophe. I set my sights on a 2014 Audi A6 at Jacobs Mitsubishi, envisioning smooth rides and the allure of luxury. Little did I know that my dream car would become the protagonist in a mechanical horror show. The Audi A6 I laid eyes on was a mechanical disaster, a cacophony of creaks and groans that no amount of wishful thinking could fix. It was as if the car itself was screaming for mercy. Undeterred, I attempted to explore other options within the dealership, only to discover that each vehicle had its own tragic tale to tell. Accidents, mechanical maladies, and ominous signs of impending breakdowns haunted the entire lot. It was like wandering through a graveyard of discarded automotive dreams. As if the mechanical miseries weren't enough, the treatment I received from Richard, an embodiment of customer service gone awry, left me disturbed. His condescending attitude and dismissive demeanor turned what should have been a simple car-shopping experience into a psychological thriller. In the wake of this automotive nightmare, I am left with no choice but to consider drastic measures. Jacobs Mitsubishi, brace yourselves, for I am contemplating a journey to the Better Business Bureau. Your lack of proper business management, the mechanical monstrosities you peddle, and the disturbing treatment from Richard demand resolution. Consider this a warning, a cry for help to fellow consumers. Approach Jacobs Mitsubishi with caution, lest you find yourself entangled in a twisted tale of broken cars, unsettling customer service, and the looming threat of a Better Business Bureau investigation. May those who dare to enter this dealership's doors beware, for the horrors that await are beyond imagination. More
I am absolutely fuming after my recent experience at Jacobs Mitsubishi, and I can't help but feel like my voice is being stifled. It's bad enough that the showroom resembled a ghost town, but the treatm Jacobs Mitsubishi, and I can't help but feel like my voice is being stifled. It's bad enough that the showroom resembled a ghost town, but the treatment I received was nothing short of a disgrace. Firstly, I attempted to share my dreadful encounter on Google Reviews, only to find that it seems like Jacobs Mitsubishi is playing the review filtering game. It's no surprise that they're trying to mask the truth by selectively showcasing positive reviews while burying the negative ones. Well, I won't be silenced. Walking into the showroom felt like I was interrupting a staff meeting, except there was no one there. The lack of customers should have been a warning sign, but I had no idea what I was about to endure. Richard, the so-called "sales manager". Rude doesn't even begin to describe him. Before I could even glance at the BMW I was interested in, he insisted I fill out a credit application. Excuse me? I've been a loyal BMW owner for years, and I've never been treated with such disrespect. It's as if they assumed I couldn't afford the car based on their empty showroom. Forced to jump through hoops just to test drive a car, I felt humiliated. Richard's condescending attitude and blatant disregard for customer service left me questioning why I ever stepped foot into Jacobs Mitsubishi. It's clear they have no idea how to treat customers, especially those interested in higher-end vehicles. Save yourself the indignity and avoid Jacobs Mitsubishi at all costs. The lack of professionalism, the empty showroom, and the rude manager are a toxic cocktail of incompetence. I've never encountered such a lack of customer service in all my years as a BMW owner. Jacobs Mitsubishi, consider this my unfiltered warning to anyone considering giving you their business – don't. More
My recent encounter with Jacobs Mitsubishi and its so-called manager, Jeison, has left me utterly disheartened and questioning my sanity for ever stepping foot into that snake pit. Let's start with so-called manager, Jeison, has left me utterly disheartened and questioning my sanity for ever stepping foot into that snake pit. Let's start with Jeison, the epitome of unprofessionalism and conniving behavior. It's like dealing with a used car salesman straight out of a horror movie. His only skill seems to be extracting hard-earned money from unsuspecting customers while providing a level of service that borders on criminal. Now, onto the cherry on top of this calamity—the 2023 Cadillac CT5 I had the misfortune of purchasing two months ago. The only thing more frequent than my visits to the dealership has been the number of times this lemon has been in the shop. It's as if they handed me a defective prototype instead of a brand-new car. From mysterious engine issues to inexplicable electrical malfunctions, every drive in my so-called "new" Cadillac is a nail-biting experience. Two months into ownership, and my prized possession has spent more time on the service bay than on the road. Thanks, Jeison, for selling me a lemon and ruining the joy of owning a new car. My advice? Stay as far away from Jacobs Mitsubishi as humanly possible. Jeison's brand of management is a masterclass in how not to run a dealership. Save yourself the agony, the financial loss, and the frustration. Jacobs Mitsubishi is a sinking ship, and I, unfortunately, am one of the poor souls trapped on board with a malfunctioning Cadillac nightmare. More
