I took my car in for its first 8,000 mile service. I bought the prepaid service through Jacobs. The service advisor was friendly enough but I waited for 4 hours because the wrong oil filter was order I bought the prepaid service through Jacobs. The service advisor was friendly enough but I waited for 4 hours because the wrong oil filter was ordered from Maserati tampa. When I went to drive my car the next day the check oil light was on and stated it was overfilled. The wiper fluid was also empty. The service in 10 days countdown was still on. I called and made another appointment and told them what was wrong. I brought it in and waited for them to take out the excess oil and fill the wiper fluid. The service oil message still pops up every day when I drive it. I will take it to Maserati Tampa so that it can be serviced properly. Please advise who I can speak to about cancelling what is left of the service plan and getting my money back?. More
