First off I will start by saying it was my first and it will be my last time ever buying a car at this dealership. Starting at the top I knew at the test drive that something was off with the front suspens will be my last time ever buying a car at this dealership. Starting at the top I knew at the test drive that something was off with the front suspension and when I called it out it was an immediate reply of it’s the rough roads on Bruce b downs not the car from the rep Manny but overall friendly enough to get you to make your purchase which is not honest business first red flag. Thomas in finance was amazing and the fact he did get me a better deal then what was discussed he’s the only individual I felt I had a honest conversation with and he’s definitely a five star guy !! Once I drove off the lot with the car I immediately knew it was either one of two things wrong with the car which was either bad tires or an alignment was needed. I called and spoke with Pavel about the car situation and it was agreed to come back in with the car. After three revisits to the dealership and disrespectful attitude from there service manager Justin they finally agreed to put new tires on the vehicle because they were deemed bad. Overall car runs great needs brake fluid replacement still and bent rim replaced both should have been done while they had the car at least the brake fluid flush. The car was sold with wheel locks on the front wheels with no spline drive key to remove them if I endured a flat but yet they replaced my tires so obviously they had no problem getting them off as well as no spare tire kit with the car. Being so frustrated with this entire experience I just wanted to take the new tires and run!!! Manny gets one star because once he noticed my frustrations with service he wanted nothing to do with it anymore he made his sale !! I think it’s crappy as I text this out I have a brand new rim in my trunk to replace the bent rim the was on the car when sold but not I have to figure out how or who to pay to extract these wheel locks thanks guys !! Mohamed provided excellent customer service. I was greeting quickly at arrival and was shown the Porsche in minutes. Then also met his sales manager who also was very helpful. The great experience followed after meeting the finance Manager Tom who was very thorough and efficient with the systems, seemed to be in control of the process and i was out 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The team was cohesive and all congratulated me on my new purchase. Definitely will recommend others and will make this location my first stop when considering any future automobile purchases. -steve More
