I recently decided to trade my 2011 F-250 pickup for a newer model. After searching the internet for a couple of days I was disappointed that I found only two trucks in Florida that met my requirements. I newer model. I decided to pick up the phone and call Jacobs Mitsubishi at 8pm ... guess what.. they answered! A salesman named Eduardo introduced himself and asked how he could help (mind you, it's 8pm). I asked him about the truck I had seen, and he was familiar with the vehicle and seemed happy to take the time to tell me all about it. We got together the next day and tried to work out the details of the sale but eventually I left the dealership without a new truck, as we couldn't come to a meeting of the minds. The next morning Eduardo called and explained a whole new scenario. Eduardo had worked overnight to figure out the details of a deal I felt was very fair. We met again the next day and Eduardo guided me through the paperwork and I went home with a new truck with exactly the features I was looking for. Eduardo is a class act and a professional through and through.
