My experience at Jacobs Mitsubishi was wonderful with only one issue. My sales person Diego was the best sales person I have ever dealt with and I have bought many many vehicles. The Sales "Manager" however, Christian, was the most arrogant, rude, and combative person I have ever dealt with. His attempt to come over and try to intimidate me was laughable. During our brief conversation he was extremely rude and laughed at every point I made to explain why I was requesting a $1000 more for my trade in based on the research I had done including it's value and comparable vehicles sold and on sale locally. He was the single most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with and was the reason I walked out the first day I visited. Thankfully Diego called me the next day to follow up and I didn't have to deal with Christian again, otherwise you would not have gotten my business. More
