I arrived at the dealer around 11 am in search of a car that I had already seen on the internet, the car was in very bad condition and I decided to buy a better truck, they never let me do a test drive of that I had already seen on the internet, the car was in very bad condition and I decided to buy a better truck, they never let me do a test drive of the truck, every time I asked they told me that they were scrubbing it or in the mechanic putting it ready for me to take it away, in short, the truck arrived to see it at 8pm, less than 48 hours after buying the truck all the problems started, it started to smoke from the engine I ended up taking it to a dodge dealer, it turns out that the truck is a car that had a big accident, that I couldn't be driving it because it was totally low, the transmission is useless, the chassis is completely broken, it does not have any factory parts So it no longer has a factory warranty and it only has 13k miles, I contacted Jacob's Mitsubishi and until today they have not resolved anything at all, and today it turns out that even the registration of the car had been canceled by themselves. I wanted a very new low mileage SUV. He found me a 2020 with 3400 miles that was substantially cheaper than brand new, but essentially a new car. Price was very reasonable per my research. He got me a trade in on a very old car that ran but had little blue book value. I drove 30 miles and had no way to get a 2nd car home. All went smoothly.
