Best Dealership I have ever done business with. What an amazing place. The whole staff is completely awesome. There cars are the coolest and cleanest I have seen. When I got there the manager Ray greeted me and made sure my experience was top notch. They even beat my banks interest rate for me. Great job! Splitting Hairs I will say I could have tried harder to call yet having my cell phone shatter with no service and not being able to make personal calls at work, Auto I will say I could have tried harder to call yet having my cell phone shatter with no service and not being able to make personal calls at work, Auto Enterprise takes no responsibility either for their actions as I had had the vehicle only 60 days and they received word my Insurance was cancelled and yes it is true and although I had no LAPSE in Insurance, I failed to inform Auto Enterprise however since my phone went to VM each and every time and NOT calling me at work to find out what was going on and why they received notice of a cancellation, NOT calling my job and me not informing them caused a repossession to take effect leaving ME with a $499 repossession fee (although they said to get vehicle back they would waive the one payment and 2 others and only access a Repo Fee) It's B******T as they could have absorbed 1/2 the cost yet did not and LEFT ME with the $499 going on the back end of my loan. Also...BUYER BEWARE...they are charging me 29% Interest due to my bad credit. YES, I have bad credit yet the loan % was not disclosed at time of signing, "We got you Approved" yeah at twice the cost, so am I happy, yes AND no all in the same sentence... BUYER BEWARE.... More
a complete nightmare of lies and xxxxxxxx I have never been lied to this much in my life with buying a car. Bo hiked the price of my car up by 3000.00 while Ron got me to pay a shipping compan I have never been lied to this much in my life with buying a car. Bo hiked the price of my car up by 3000.00 while Ron got me to pay a shipping company to pick up a car that they claimed was not ready 3 times!!!! I was charged a 2000.00 assurance fee by a company that clearly cannot keep their end of a bargain. Now I'm out of 2weeks of insurance, and still no car. I've called 50 times and still have not been able to speak to a general manager!!!! This is my first time ever dealing with a lot and these guys make me never wanna do this again!!!!! I regret ever dealing with these guys!!!!! Run away fast!!!! More
Vehicle Hunting I had been looking to purchase a vehicle for quite some time considering I had been without one for many years and once I was able to start looking, i I had been looking to purchase a vehicle for quite some time considering I had been without one for many years and once I was able to start looking, it was last week Sunday 5/7/2017 so I searched online for Auto Dealers in my area and had come across 3 Dealerships that were open on Sunday and that closed late since it was already the afternoon, I figured I would try the first one on the list and it just so happened to be Auto Enterprise, the gentleman who answered the phone was Ron Caltagirone and said I'll have the car waiting up front which one were you looking at, I mentioned I had not that I was cold calling, he gave me the address and I showed up, with my credit and down payment, there were a few cars to choose from and in passing outside on the lot I noticed a Chevy Cruze and said that's nice, he said I believe its up for sale, he came back with the keys and history was made. I now am in possession and driving a GREAT car, 6-speed at that...Ron and his peers did a fantastic job making me feel at home and in making the right choice. Am looking forward to many more years as their customer. COME ON down and see what Ron and his c0workers can do for YOU too.. Edward More

I GOT WHAT I WANTED! The memories of car shopping 'back in the day' was not a pleasant experience. So I wasn't looking forward to car shopping. Our first stop was Auto Enterprise, we were met by Lewis. And I will say, this time was nothing like 'back in the day'! The whole thing was actually pleasant! check those lug nuts bought a used truck from them, went on a test ride and noticed some noise coming from the LF area. We will check that out for you, was said. We'll make it right they said. Of course I bought the truck with some crappy, doesn't cover anything warrantee. Long story short, I drove the truck home (about 140 miles) late in the day. Next day I pulled the wheel to eval the ball joints, what did I find....loose lug nuts!!! 4 out of 5 lug nuts were loose! What kind of dealership, used or otherwise, would risk the safety of anyone? Be advised! More
11 hour job took 2 months I told Mr. Ray I was unhappy and that I wanted my money back because it took them 2 months to fix the problem and that there was no deal because the b I told Mr. Ray I was unhappy and that I wanted my money back because it took them 2 months to fix the problem and that there was no deal because the bank denied the loan. Mr. Ray Sousa said that the dealership can take the loan back and I said how is that if it wasn't approved by the bank. I told Ray Sousa there is no verbal contract he then told me that they have lawyers so basically telling me I don't have a choice but to take the 2006 BMW 750Li back because I was not going to get my money back. Ray Sousa then told me that they had put a lot of money into the car I told him what are talking about Ray told me that they fixed the oil leak and fixed many other things and I told Ray I wanted proof of everything they fixed which he gave me papers to prove. Remember I said it only went in for an oil leak then it took them 2 months. All this was done without my knowledge or my approval and this is how I feel that they sold me a lemon and tried to cover their tracks. To tell all of you the truth as a U.S Army Veteran I feel as if Ray Sousa and the dealership lied to me and threatened me with lawyers to keep the money and get the car out of the dealership and that's not the end of the situation but I also have noticed they changed out the front windshield of the BMW and they didn't even have the decency of telling me. The windshield they put on is not the original BMW one because you can see the wires that come from the rear view mirror plus it doesn't say BMW on it. I told that to the salesman Jamar Johnson which he took pictures of it and even showed him there was broken glass in the car then I showed him the BMW front emblem which was gone. Purchased a car in July and got it back in October only to find more problems. As a U.S Army Veteran and now a civilian I would not recommend this dealership to my fellow Veterans or anyone because this is how I was treated I still feel I should get my money back this is posted on google my next one will be the (BBB) Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office. When I took in the car for them to fix the oil leak I only had it for 2 weeks and it was suppose to be an 11 hour job to be forced back in the car after 2 months. It's about money for Auto Enterprise not their customers needs or wants. Very sad to have dealerships bullying you so they can have a sale. More
