Winter tires I brought my2014 hybrid Avalon in for 25,000 mile service, wipers and winter tire change over. I also got a 4 wheel alignment. They stored my tires f I brought my2014 hybrid Avalon in for 25,000 mile service, wipers and winter tire change over. I also got a 4 wheel alignment. They stored my tires for free, a great bonus. The tire cost was in line with a few other places. The only negative is avalons use a special wiper blade that cost $65. More

Most unprofessional untrustworthy place I have ever been to. TERRIBLE. Gavin, Gary, Brian, Tom, and General Manager Mike will lie over and over again to your face just to make a sale. You are better off going to any used car dealership. When they sell you a lemon, they will do everything in their power to not fix the problem. And any monetary deals they make you, regarding down payment, or warranty, or anything else, they will not hold up their end of the bargain. Funny how yelp and the BBB website have negative reviews posted about this company but dealerrater does not. Wonder why that is? Strongly do not recommend this dealership. And having spoken with Toyota and how they will not help with this untrustworthy business, I will no longer buy a Toyota. Ford and other company's have plenty of great vehicles out there.
