I researched this car for 4 months and the internet manager, Jenna Bucknam gave me the best price and had the car I wanted. I've come to doubt people in sales but Jenna's every word came true. I appreciated her integrity which is rare in the car business, Trevor Fanning completed the sale and was patient and thoughtful to all of my questions. He was very professional He went above and beyond in that he help my wife set up her Bluetooth in her car (separate of my car purchase). The whole Jaffarian experience was smooth and easy. Dale Whittredge has always been very helpful, polite, and attentive to our service needs.Often, I call last minute and Dale is always able to accommodate me. Recently I called for appointments for two vehicles on short notice. David Yaboujian assured me that Jaffarian service could take care of me. On this day, I left my cell phone in my vehicle. While checking in the vehicle, David found it and immediately called my wife to alert me that they had my cell phone. These two individuals should be commended for their exceptional customer service. Excellent Service My experience at Jaffarian was excellent! I was a bit nervous because I have heard so many horror stories about car salesman, but my salesman Chris G. My experience at Jaffarian was excellent! I was a bit nervous because I have heard so many horror stories about car salesman, but my salesman Chris G. was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I originally went in looking for a pre-owned vehicle I saw online but found out it had been sold. Chris was able to get me in a brand new vehicle within my monthly budget. I had a bit of a wait to meet with finance, but Chris stuck around after hours to make sure everything was done and done right. I will definitely be recommending Jaffarian to anyone I know looking for a vehicle and won't be going anywhere else for vehicle needs in the future. Barb Merrick More

Couldn't help me in time of need old car broke down (Wed) - met w/ them and test drove perfect car for our family. ready to buy but couldn't secure financing same day (Thu) - Wife gav old car broke down (Wed) - met w/ them and test drove perfect car for our family. ready to buy but couldn't secure financing same day (Thu) - Wife gave birth (Fri) - Followed up w/ them to ensure interest (Sun) - made follow up apt to finalize deal (Wed) Oh, but wait, car was sold to someone else (Tues) Moral of the story: this dealer couldn't help me out in an obviously very stressful situation. Didn't value my business enough to keep their word and when confronted claimed an internal miscommunication of some sort. Very disappointed More

Leased new car. Supportive, results oriented, flexible. I came in with very little money down and a very old and in poor condition trade in and yet I was able to leav Supportive, results oriented, flexible.
